We collect or use the following personal information as part of staff recruitment, administration and management:
- Contact details (eg name, address, telephone number or personal email address)
- Gender
- Next of kin or emergency contact details

We retain personal information of Choir members and associated Musical Directors or musicians for a period of 12 months after they leave or cease working with the Choir. This period allows for compliance with payments and fees administered during the financial year in which they were members or associates.

This data processor does the following activities for us: They develop and maintain the website and create secure log ins to the members section based on the name and e-mail address of each choir member and associate musicians.
